These terms are an agreement between you and Morale Call LLC ("Morale Call," "we") for the Morale Call product you purchase. By purchasing, you agree to them.
1. What Morale Call sells
Morale Call is an information service for adults in military families. We curate and date-stamp opportunities — benefits, events, giveaways, contests, discounts, and deadlines. Opportunities belong to the third parties that offer them: we do not run them, guarantee their availability, or control their outcomes. Winning a contest or lottery is never promised — finding it in time is the product.
Web Founding Membership: purchased on moralecall.com and billed by Stripe. It delivers the Fort Belvoir and national opportunity brief by email and the web services expressly listed at checkout.
Morale Call App Membership: purchased inside the iPhone app and billed by Apple. It unlocks the complete in-app Fort Belvoir brief, source-checked feed updates, Saved, and the full PCS guide for the Apple Account with the active subscription.
Purchases do not transfer between channels. A website purchase does not unlock the iPhone App Membership, and an Apple in-app purchase does not include the Web Founding Membership or its email delivery. Each purchase screen identifies the product and channel before payment.
Paid editions are sold only for installations expressly identified as available on the checkout page. At launch, the paid founding edition covers Fort Belvoir plus nationally available opportunities. Other base views may be labeled as interface previews; they are not a promise of paid coverage or current availability.
2. Price, automatic renewal, and cancellation
Web Founding Membership: $39 for 12 months, automatically renewing at $39/year on the annual renewal date. Cancel its next renewal using our online form; no phone call or retention conversation is required. The web purchase includes a full refund within 30 days of the first purchase, no questions asked, and refunds of renewals requested within 14 days.
Morale Call App Membership: the App Store shows the localized price and renewal terms before purchase. Apple bills and renews the subscription. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account settings. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies; Morale Call cannot promise or issue the website guarantee for an App Store transaction.
3. Accounts
Purchasers must be adults (18+). A Web Founding Membership covers one household. An App Membership follows Apple’s purchase and Family Sharing settings as shown by the App Store. We may suspend access that abuses the service, republishes or resells member content, or scrapes listings. If we end a directly billed web membership without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current term.
4. Eligibility for listed opportunities
Many listed opportunities have their own eligibility rules (military affiliation, rank, location, age). We summarize them in good faith; the offering organization's own rules control. Verify eligibility before relying on any item.
5. Independence
Morale Call LLC is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Department of Defense, any military branch or installation, the USO, or any organization whose opportunities we list. Sponsored content, when it appears, is clearly disclosed.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its content curation, brand, and design belong to Morale Call LLC. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable license to use them. Don't republish or resell member content.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent Virginia law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.
8. Changes, law, and contact
