Fort Belvoir school supply lists: official links by grade.
Go straight to the current FCPS Primary lists, check the Upper School grades 3–6 status, then finish the six back-to-school tasks.
Official sources checked August 19, 2026
This guide is for planning, not enrollment. School assignment depends on the student’s home address and grade. FCPS, the school, and CYS make the final eligibility, placement, document, and care decisions.
Official supply-list links
Choose the student’s grade—then verify the year shown by FCPS.
The official Fort Belvoir Primary index currently labels preschool through grade 2 as 2026–27. These links open the school’s own grade pages; Morale Call does not copy or replace the lists.
Grades 3–6 / Upper School: As of August 19, the official Upper School hub still labels its grade lists 2025–26. Before buying, check for a 2026–27 update or call the Upper School at 571-982-1300.
1. Confirm the boundary and the correct registration route
Do not assume a school from the words “Fort Belvoir” alone. The Upper School directs families to the FCPS boundary locator first. Its current route covers grades 3–6; the Primary School route covers pre-K through grade 2.
Enter the actual residence in the FCPS boundary locator.
Use the Primary route for pre-K–2 or the Upper route for grades 3–6 only if the boundary result matches.
For other grades or an off-post address, follow the school shown by the locator.
Do this now: Save a screenshot of the boundary result, then begin registration with the assigned school.
2. Assemble the original records the school requests
The current Primary registration page lists the enrolling parent’s driver’s license, original birth certificate, current Fort Belvoir lease or housing verification, physical, immunization record, and any applicable IEP or 504 Plan. Upper School separately confirms original birth-certificate and residency-document requirements and says the school will identify any additional items.
Complete the school’s current forms before the appointment or drop-off.
Carry originals securely; do not put student or medical records into Morale Call forms.
Call the school if a document is unavailable or the residence is shared.
Do this now: Put the records in one private checklist and confirm the current requirements with the school before traveling.
3. Verify the physical and immunization record—not just the appointment
The Primary page currently asks for a physical dated August 18, 2024 or later and an immunization record. Requirements can depend on age, grade, exemptions, and prior records, so the school and FCPS health guidance control.
Ask whether the existing physical date satisfies the current rule.
Compare the immunization record with the official FCPS minimum requirements.
Resolve missing documentation before the first day when possible.
Do this now: Send health documents only through a school-approved route; never upload them to Morale Call.
4. Activate ParentVUE and subscribe to school updates
The Primary School says families need a registrar-generated code to create ParentVUE after registration. ParentVUE provides access to health information, grades, test scores, the FCPS document portal, and Schoology. The school also offers a parent newsletter.
Request the activation code after enrollment is accepted.
Confirm that the enrolling adult’s email and phone are correct.
Subscribe to the school’s official newsletter and calendar notices.
Do this now: Call 703-781-2700 if you need the Primary School’s ParentVUE activation support.
5. Use the official grade page and confirm its school year
The Primary School hub currently labels preschool through grade 2 as 2026–27. The Upper School grades 3–6 hub still labels its lists 2025–26 as of August 19.
For preschool through grade 2, open the exact official grade link above.
For grades 3–6, wait for “2026–27” or confirm the current list with the Upper School.
Keep receipts until the classroom assignment is confirmed.
Do this now: Use the school’s live page—not a copied social post, shopping site, or prior-year PDF.
6. Start CYS registration separately from school enrollment
School enrollment does not enroll a child in care. Fort Belvoir MWR directs families to register or update their Child & Youth Services account through Parent Outreach Services, then manage School Age Center programs and payments through the designated systems. Fees depend on total family income, and availability is not guaranteed.
Complete or update CYS registration.
Ask about before-school, after-school, school-out-day, and transportation availability.
Confirm the current fee category, required documents, and waitlist status.
Do this now: Contact Parent Central Services at 703-805-5555; do not treat a school seat as a care reservation.
Independent planning aid: Morale Call LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fairfax County Public Schools, the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, or Fort Belvoir. Official school and CYS instructions control. Never submit student names, birth dates, school records, medical records, custody documents, addresses, or other child information to Morale Call.
