The official installation directory lists Fort Belvoir Veterinary Service at 10015 Theote Road, Building 610, with the clinic phone number. The MilitaryINSTALLATIONS guide says animals are seen by appointment only. Confirm current eligibility, services, hours, and access before relying on the clinic.

5. Complete Fairfax County dog licensing
Fairfax County currently requires dogs four months or older to be licensed annually. The county lists a $10 license fee, requires current rabies documentation for a new license, and says licenses expire December 31.
- Use the county’s current page to confirm who must license and what evidence is required.
- Keep rabies and license records together.
- Update tags and microchip contact details after the move.
